What is the difference between standard and rubber-lined steel follower plates?
Standard follower plates (FLP-01 to FLP-04) are made from durable material suitable for everyday workshop use. Rubber-lined steel follower plates (FLP-01/S to FLP-04/S) have a steel body with a rubber lining that creates a tighter seal against the bucket wall. The steel versions are designed for industrial-grade applications where maximum grease extraction and zero air ingress are critical. Both types are available for 3/5 kg, 6 kg, 10/15 kg and 20 kg buckets.

What is a grease control gun?
A grease control gun (also called a grease control valve) attaches to the end of the hose pipe and provides precise, controlled grease dispensing. It has a trigger or lever mechanism that lets the operator control exactly when and how much grease is delivered. We offer a standard model with Z-swivel for flexible positioning and a heavy duty model for demanding industrial environments. Both connect to the hose pipe via standard thread fittings.
What is included in the repair kits?
We offer two repair kits: the S-300/KIT seal kit (Type 1) contains essential seals to restore pump suction and pressure. The Type 2 kit is a comprehensive 17-piece solution that includes seal bushes, seal plates (large and small), pump assembly seals and all components needed for a complete pump overhaul. Repair kits restore your grease bucket pump to full performance without needing to replace the entire unit.
How do I know when my bucket pump needs a repair kit?
Signs that your pump needs servicing include loss of suction (pump handle moves but no grease flows), grease leaking around the pump rod, reduced pressure output, or the pump requiring significantly more effort to operate. These symptoms usually indicate worn seals. Start with the Type 1 seal kit for basic seal replacement. If the pump still underperforms after seal replacement, the Type 2 complete kit addresses all internal components.
