Grease Ratio Pumps (50:1)
The STAR Air Operated Grease Ratio Pumps (50:1) are the ultimate solution for high-pressure grease pumping.
These pumps can effortlessly dispense grease up to 50 times the air inlet pressure. Ideal for industries, workshops, farms, construction sites or as a part of mobile grease systems.
Crafted with precision, the all-metal construction with fully CNC machined hardened wear-resistant components ensures long-lasting reliability.
The 2-1/2" (63 mm) diameter air motor, driven by a reciprocating piston, guarantees consistent operation.
A strategically placed strainer at the suction tube inlet ensures clean grease delivery to bearings.
The STAR Air Operated Grease Ratio Pumps can provide the maximum grease output of 2.42 lbs./min. (1.10 kg/ min).
Comes complete with a drum cover, rubber lined follower plate, 7’(84”) high-pressure grease hose and a swivel & professional grease control valve.
Available in different suction tube lengths that fit 12.5 kg to 180 kg (25-400 lbs.) drum sizes. Enjoy high-quality, reliable and efficient grease pumping every time.
